• To respond to your inquiries and, if you ask, keep you informed about Dr. Rosie AI.
• To measure and improve the site and, with your consent, our advertising.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats, and to comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default. Their scripts load with the page in a consent-denied state and set no analytics or advertising cookies until you consent through our cookie banner. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

• Visit counting — our own server at drrosiedvm.com records the page, the referring page, and a random visit ID kept in your browser's local storage. No name or contact details; not used for advertising.
• Analytics (consent required) — PostHog, to understand site usage.
• Advertising (consent required) — Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure and improve our advertising. We use Google Consent Mode v2 (denied by default) and honor the Global Privacy Control signal.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Because advertising cookies may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under some U.S. state laws, we keep them off until you opt in, and you can change or withdraw consent anytime via "Your Privacy Choices" in the footer.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted providers, each with its own privacy practices: PostHog (product analytics), Google (Tag Manager and Google Ads), Meta (Facebook Pixel), and Netlify (hosting). We share only the minimum necessary for each to function.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also opt out of the "sale"/"sharing" of data for advertising (use "Your Privacy Choices" or send a Global Privacy Control signal, which we honor), and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any right. EU/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their data-protection authority; Brazilian residents have equivalent rights under the LGPD.

Data Retention

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to respond and, if applicable, maintain our relationship, then delete or anonymize them. Aggregated, non-identifying analytics may be kept longer.
